Location was very convenient to Belaruskaya Metro, and to the train to Sheremetyevo International Airport. There were several choices of grocery stores within a block or two, a really good, inexpensive restaurant nearby, and the room was quiet.
I was told there was a lift, to help me get a 22 kg bag upstairs to fifth floor. There are flights of stairs between the entry and the lift, and between the lift and the apartment. Also, the communications between me and the apartment managers, especially when I was coming from the airport to check in, were meager. I could not use Booking.com to communicate with the managers once the reservation was completed. All available alternative comms seem to depend on my having a smart phone or wifi available for my tablet; I do not have the former, and wifi did not seem to work from the airport. In short, I arrived at dusk and there was no one there to let me in. I had to ask for help from a nearby business who used their phone to contact the managers to have someone meet me to let me in.
Thanks for your review. Its really good that you had great experience in Moscow.
Speaking of lift - yes it has few stairs before and after, but our manager who met you helped you to lift up your luggage, and at your check out early in the morning our cleaning lady was also there to help you.
Speaking of communications - you have provided us russian mobile number and you have texted and called us, but your number was unavailable to reach back - we couldn't send you SMS or give you a call. Our manager was there waiting for you to arrive.
Hope to see you again!
Quality control manager,
